Jason is it just me, or is the control panel down?
Jason I’ve been getting “Sorry, control panel is being updated at this time, please try in 30 mins.” for a couple of hours.
Louis It’s exactly what the message is saying

Jason but it’s been like that for a couple of hours. I’ve seen sites that use something like that as an error message. I just want to make sure this isn’t that type of situation
Louis You can try clearing your cache or rebooting your computer

Jason but it’s a server issue. Do you actually know that they are updating the site?

It just seems like good support is hard to find these days. I did love the support favorite of “reboot your computer”. That’s a classic. The funny part is, the site really did come up 20 minutes later, after saying the same message for 3 hours.

    That sounds like the magical self fixing IP pool problems we get. We’ll get customer calls where they can’t pull an IP and we check the pools and they look low, though the tool is delayed 2 hours or more. So I call the network engineers and they say there is no problem and we must suck at troubleshooting. 20 minutes later it works again and 2 hours later there are all of the sudden 7000 IP addresses available. So then I say, weird, there are now 7000 IP’s available and they inform me that the tool is inaccurate because it is delayed 2 hours. I said, I called you 2 hours and 20 minutes. Then they hang up.
